Air Max Heating & Cooling LLC, is a licensed MMEC-164 City of Jackson MS, State MSBOC RR20307 Residential, bonded (State Farm), and insured (Hartford) contractor providing heating & cooling repair, service, maintenance and installation. Locally owned and operated, we proudly serve the Greater Jackson Mississippi area. We are a Lennox Dealer and provide customer needs assessment before designing and installing new comfort systems. We have a commitment to providing "Maximum Comfort and Performance" in both service and sales to our customers.

I called Air Max as I was not getting a response from the company that my home warranty had assigned. I wanted to see if it was something simple that could be repaired quickly and just pay out of my pocket. I called them and they ended up arriving at my home within the hour. They (Brian Loughrige and another young gentleman) inspected the A/C unit and confirmed what I had thought the issue was (compressor was locked up). He made it a point to clearly tell me what my options were, what the costs would be, and even recommended that I stay w/ the warranty as the cost to repair was going to be high. I walked me through all my questions and even looked up the part that I needed so that I would have that information when I went back to my warranty company. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If I could give them an A+ across the board, I would. I wish I could have used them for this full repair, but I know for certain that I will be using these guys in the future.

Had minor repairs done to my condenser to get my A/C back up and running. Called that morning and had cool air shortly after lunch. Joe and Jeremy with Air Max were professional, quick to diagnose the problem, and equally as quick to fix it.

Went very well. Have used this company before for installation of a Nest thermostat and a problem with heat during the winter. They have always been extremely responsive, thorough and professional. Service person explained some adjustment that he had made and I feel that my A/C is working better than ever this year. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We called Air Max and they were able to come out the next day, quote a price and commence with repairs. They spoke with my fiancee and promised him they would keep him under $550.00 dollars. My finacee states Howard was very professional and sounded elated to be of service. They cleaned up all debris and left instructions on how to order filters. My fiancee states Howard did everything he asked him to do and he is very impressed with the work performed.Thanks Air Max. Good help is hard to find sometimes.
