Tony's Pressure Washing & Painting

I had been looking for someone to pressure wash my driveway for some time. Tony was the third attempt. One came unprepared & another too expensive with limited work hours. A friend had seen his truck in their neighborhood so I got his number. Tony answered my call & promptly came for an estimate. I told him I preferred a surface cleaner so their wouldn't be any striping. He told me he had a power wand and goes over the area so there is no striping. With years of experience he has not had that as an issue. I showed him the areas to be cleaned. He asked appropriate questions. He was personable and wanted to make sure we were "on the same page." I asked him about his work hours & he works early til the job is done if its a one day job of course. His price was reasonable and what I expected. We agreed on the day to work. The work day went well overall. I was not able to be present the entire time he was working. I had to leave and he showed me how the pressure washer had a leak & said if he had to leave it would be to get a new machine. I returned and the work was completed as agreed on as far as area to be done & quality of cleaning.
