Mr. Ferguson and his employees were very professional and courteous. They performed excellent work and offered tips on how to keep drains working well. We will use Fergusons Plumbing and Electrical for any plumbing or electrical needs we have in the future.

Within twenty four hours, Mr. Ferfuson and his crew had the problem repaired, and our rentor had elecrtical power restored to his apartment.

He did everything that we wanted. Quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price.

It went well, but the job was a little slow considering the size of the project. Steve always answered the phone when I called and was up front with me about the best way to do things and what was allowed with city code. He was generally on time for the job. Steve was always friendly and kept me up to date on what I needed to do/get. I really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone! Steve had given me an estimate up front and I assumed I would automatically be paying the higher end of that range. I was pleasently surprised when my bill was right in the middle and he didn't take advantage of me by charging the most he could.
