Very friendly service, had a slight accident and pipe busted. He immediately turned off the water and repaired the pipe, cleaned everything up and was extremely apologetic. I had the AJ Wilbanks to come out and he said they are insured and would pay for any damages that occurred. Very professional company and have had them here on many occasions with nothing but positive results.

Called for a repair on the busted frozen pipe. They called, planned the time and fixed it. While there, fixed a pop off outlet for the water heater. Came back months later and fixed a water heater. Both times, very professional and well done. After three years no problem with Wilbanks plumbing work and would call again.

The service was completed rather promptly and all individuals were courteous (admin and service guys). One of the service guys looked a little rough around the edges, but was a nice guy. The first repair occurred in 2011 (can't remember the date) for a water heater leak. They worked with my home warranty company and replaced the water heater for a service fee of $75. Even though this is part of my contracted rate with the warranty company, it's good to have local service companies who are willing to work with my warranty service. The only negative in this was my carpet was stained from the rust on the bottom of the water heater as it was being removed. I cleaned it up and didn't make a fuss. They seemed genuinely apologetic.
A second service call was made in April 2012 for my garage door. The same 2 service men arrived and determined the garage door opener needed to be replaced. They went to Lowe's, purchased a garage door unit, installed it and told me to let the warranty service bill me.

Horrible experience

Wilbanks plumbing and electric came right out and fixed the problem and they told us what to do to make sure the mold didn't make anyone sick. They were very friendly and very fast to respond.
