The work that was done was done well. The reason I gave them a low rating was, we had called them back to do a major remodel on a room in our home. They assured me that they would come out and give us an estimate on the work. We advised them that we needed the estimate to give to the bank for a loan. They assured me that they would come out and meet me. They were a no show. I called again and again they assured me they would be out. Again a no show and they never called to say why. We obtained a different contractor that did a wonderful job.

Nothing good or bad stood out. The toilet has functioned correctly after they repaired it. The quality was fine; I have not had any problems with it since.

The plumber came to the house gave me a price and said he could start the following week. When the plumber did not show up the following week I called him and he said he would be at the house the following morning, again a no show. I called him again and he said there was an emergency he was working on and he would be at my house in the morning, no show.
