They're really nice people. They're local people. When they come and spray, we still see spiders. I'd give them a B. They come and do your termite thing and then they come every year and inspect to make sure you don't have termites. If you have termites, they'll take care of it but you have to pay them $120 a year to do that and they do this complimentary spray. I don't know what that does because I still see insects after they leave. We'll find out one day if we ever have termites how good they are because we'll see if they fix the damage.

They are fine and wonderful. I chose them because of their price and because they are hell of a lot better as well as cheaper than other companies. They call me every time to make an appointment and to let me know that they would be coming out before the actually do.

They have always done a fine job. I never had a problem with them. Every time I have ever called them with a problem, they have responded. They are very polite and professional. I'm pretty much going to use them until they screw up. They have won my confidence. I wish the price was little less.

They sprayed chemical in the house for ants, spiders and other bugs.

They sprayed chemicals in and out of my house for general bugs. They also laid some baits outside my house to check for termites and sprayed for termites in the exterior.
