We are a plumbing heating and cooling company. We offer free in home diagnostics. We have been in business for 13 years and have over 28 years in the industry. We have over 100 years combined experience, so you can trust that we will take care of your home.

"Justin and Mykel showed up early (yes...thats right, early!). I had a home inspection that found a plumbing issue that was required for me to have fixed. These guys showed up with brand new unopened parts on hand for anything the job "might" need. I already had a price quote on the job, so they could have done the bare minimum to fix the problem (as I have see other plumbers do). As Mykel was making the repair, he noted that there was a few things that are not necessarily needed for the repair I requested, but were items that should have been done by original plumber. He took care of these items. You could tell these guys were professionals who took pride in their work...you don't see this very often in any profession. We live in a world of let me do the minimum amount of work to checkoff the task. I would definitely recommend them to others and if I need a plumber in the future, I would call this company first!"

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Start by inspecting visible pipes for signs of corrosion, moisture, or discoloration, which can indicate a leak. You should also listen for sounds like hissing or dripping, which may point you toward a leak. Moisture meters and infrared cameras can also help you identify areas of increased moisture around your home, which can also signify a leak.

You should flush a water heater at least once a year. Just how often you flush your water heater will depend on the water hardness level in your area. Some regions are better off flushing water heaters every six months or even more often if there are high concentrations of calcium in the tap water. If you frequently use your water heater, then you’ll also need to factor in more frequent flushes compared to a water heater that isn’t used as often.

No, you can’t drain your sump pump into your home’s sewer system. In fact, it’s against the law in many places because dumping extra water into a municipal water system can disrupt or overwhelm the treatment process. And for similar reasons, you shouldn’t discharge a sump pump into your septic system, either.

Snaking a toilet is similar to clearing sinks and bathtubs, but there are unique circumstances where you’d have to drain, disassemble, and remove the toilet to fix the clog. For stubborn clogs in the toilet trap, a toilet auger—designed with a shorter cable and a protective plastic encasing—can navigate the tight bends and clear the clog without risking damage to the porcelain.

You can leave the outside spigot open all winter, which may even help avoid pressure buildup as temperatures change over the seasons. Just make sure to shut the spigot off in the spring before you turn the water supply to the outdoor faucets back on, or water will rush out from the spigot.
