The Sign Shop

I wanted to make signs for my business and talked to him about making some signs. Originally, he gave me a quote for 12 signs that was high. I was able to talk him into 50 signs for the same price. The check cleared but I never got my signs. Time went by, but I never heard anything. I called back in September and he told me that the signs were done but only on oneside. I told him that I'll take the signs at a discount. He said, no, I'll make sure that they get done on both sides. Time went by and I still haven't heard anything and didn't have my signs. At this time, I still don't have my signs and am out my money. I decided to file in small claims court. However, I came to find out that he had filed for bankruptcy in June. When the judge heard about this, he said there was nothing he could do for me. During this whole time we were going to court, he was sending me texts saying that the court will do nothing for me and was being rude the whole time. Now I am out the money for the signs and for court. This review is on the Mississippi BBB as well and online, he's an "F" according to them.
