They were able to send a technician immediately. I tried to ensure they knew exactly what was wrong and specifically asked if the tech would have the correct parts and was told yes. I was also quoted $95/hr for labor. After the tech chiseled the pvc pipe and concrete away, the new flange didnt fit. He left for 30 mins to get a new one, came back and eventually got it installed. I asked if I was going to be charged for the time he was gone, and he said no because he didnt have the right part. When he gave me the bill, I was charged for 2 hrs labor even though he only worked for 1.5 hrs. He also didnt clean up after himself other than putting the big pieces into a bag that I already had in there. He did no sweeping and left lits of concrete and PVC throughout the bathroom. I called the office to ask about the labor charges, and was told they would look into it and call me back in 15-20 mins. I never received a call that day. I called back the next day, and was told I was "on the list to get called". I was also told that the labor charges are not prorated, so 1 minute into a new hour is $95 more in labor. I was never told this, and the company didnt care, telling me "no one else ever complains". The office told me "my message would be passed to the manager".

The experience was very bad. What they did was, the first time they came out they said the ground was wet because it had been raining. We understood that. The second time they came, they capped a pipe or something which made the problem worse. The third time they came, my husband paid them from that, it was about $200. The third time a different individual came and he said it would cost like $500 and they had to dig up the entire line because what was done the first time wasn't done correctly. So we told them not to come back.

The guy they sent is really nice about it. Compared to others the price was a little bit cheaper. We had a really good experience. Any questions we had, he answered it. They give you a 30 day guarantee in case anything went wrong with the toilet. We have used them twice.
