Long story short, I'm a professional woman who was looking to rent yet I felt as if the we're not interested in my business because if they were they would have been a little more professional and attentive to my needs. I must say I'm very disappointed and would not recommend going to this company looking for an apartment or any type of real estate.

Our tenants were horrible and I have no idea why they were allowed to rent our home or renew their lease each year. They were late every other month and nickle and dimes us on fixing things. Robinson Real Estate was very passive and didn't follow through with simple things like calling or emailing us when there would be a difference in the cost for the month. When our tenants moved out we had $2000 in repairs and painting. They didn't even clean and tried to blame it on the tenant.  I hired them for a job and they did a horrible job, extremely hard to work with.

This company is very poor in addressing any items/problems that a tenant is experiencing. They show complete disregard for the tenant. When conditions were brought to their attention regarding unsanitary/unsafe items, they took their time in attempting to resolve the issues, if they were even resolved at all! For example: rats, mold, cockroaches, etc. Would not recommend this company to anyone! When in their office, have seen the same people in there complaining about the problems they were having in the house they were renting and the problems were not being addressed and/or resolved.
