They came to check to see if my pool that Swimming Pools of Tupelo9 they bought out Modern Pool and Spa in Columbus, MS in Feb. 2014) installed was level. They told me that Swimming Pools of Tupelo insatlled the wrong pool and it was not level. It was not safe to swim in and it would collapse.

Had to end up in court to have pool liner replaced due to defect. Replaced and tore the second one...had to go back to court for replacement. Third liner still has defect, but really got tired of dealing with this company.

They were suppose to come and clean the pool and set the chemicals and fix the liner. They came and cleaned at the pool. They had to come back like 3 times and the liner , well it was not touched . I thought maybe they were coming back again and they never showed but they did send me the bill for $400.00. When I questioned it they said they did everything. You can clearly see that it has not been worked on.
