McConnell Brothers Transfer and Storage

I'm currently having a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They messed up the delivery of my furniture yesterday because they didn't load all the items onto the truck. Due to this mistake on their side they said they couldn't leave any of the furniture. When I called to discuss the issue they weren't able to give me any information regarding redelivery. He (Chad) was very rude and said he had to "work out his routes for next week first" then he would let me know when I could expect redelivery! I said I didn't understand why I had to wait another week for my furniture when it was their fault. He replied with some tacky comments. I hope they make this situation right and that I'm able to update my review and improve my ratings of this company but at this point, I would not recommend this business and their customer service needs to improve.

I was given a estimate by a very knowledgeable staff member. The movers arrived on time and were confirmed by the office.
Each employee had experience and very agreeable personalities. They were methodical and I felt reassured. Their services were used by another family member months prior. They received a great recommendation from family.

It went pretty well. We did have an item with slight damage. I would recommend keeping on eye on how they load. They stacked a lot of heavy items on some furniture not designed to hold the weight. It mainly depends on what crew does the packing and unpacking.
