Terrible experience!  After quoting us a price to build the home, and after construction was started, the owner of the business informed us that he had not quoted us correctly on the price for construction.  He stated that he had under-quoted the construction price.  The new price that was given to us was over $80,000.00 of the original price.  The work performed was sub-standard, time frames were not met, sub-contractors were used and you were never sure when or how they were going to show up, trash - including food was continuously thrown inside the home, and too many phone calls had to be made to stay on top of things.  Thank goodness my husband had a construction background and could really stay on top of the situation.  Since the time of our house being built, we have heard that there have been lawsuits against this builder.  Will never use or recommend this contractor to anyone!
