Limbs were trimmed over a few days, which worked well for us. A couple small, dead branches were missed, and one pile of debris was not removed, but otherwise the jobsite was left clean. Everyone was professional.

Every thing went as planned.  Good service and no problems.  I have not hesitation, recommending Jimmy.

It was a terrible experience. Bourland said that he would perform the service using one tool in order to avoid damaging my garden that I had just planted, but when I arrived home he had driven his huge bucket truck directly over the garden. I was heartbroken. He did not call or discuss with me this change in plans. Then he would tell me that he would perform tasks which he would never actually do. When I tried to bring up the completion of these tasks his response was completely unprofessional and rude. Then, when I asked them to put the left over wood in a particular location, he completely ignored my instructions and planced it on top of another flowerbed, crushing said flowerbed. I would advise anyone and everyone against using Bourlands services. He is difficult to deal with and not worth the headache.

Mr Bourland arrived with a full crew and all the tools and equipment necessary, including a bucket truck. The work was performed over two days and all debris was carried away. He is fully licensed and bonded. Much of the work was performed over existing buildings. There was no damage sustained.
The crew was very professional and performed the work previously agreed upon. I also asked for additional work not discussed and he performed it during this work period. After we both agreed to a fair additional price.
I feel that they rendered a good service at a reasonable price.
