We were very impressed with Columbus Fence's promptness, courtesy, and professionalism. We telephoned them on a Friday to request an estimate. The project manager came on the following Monday, as promised. We received an emailed estimate and job description on Tuesday, as promised. We requested a couple of changes that they promptly addressed and quickly received an updated estimate. The project manager told us it would be about two weeks before our job could be scheduled, but they actually came a week early. They telephoned in advance to request the early installation. When rain delayed the project, the project manager telephoned to tell us that the crew would not be able to work that day and when they would return. They returned just as promised. The crew did a wonderful job of installing the posts, chain link, and gates . . . AND left the work site clean. Everyone we worked with was polite, patient, and helpful. We appreciated their promptness, professionalism, excellent work, and the very reasonable price.

We had no problem and the pin still looks great. We have never had an issue with that fence. The company was prompt, came out on time, finished when they were supposed to and we never had to call them back. They were very professional.
