Went great. Made appt. Was a busy Monday morning, but it was done in about 1.25 hours.
They reminded me I needed a inspection sticker. So that was done, too.
I brought stuff to do to pass the time. They always give your car a car wash on the way out.
Nice touch.

This experience is always been a great for me since I purchased my wife 2012 Toyota Camry. When I drove into the service department area, I was welcome and greeted with a smile. My wife's car was taken back immediately for service upon my arrival. I was addressed by Sir or either Mr. Sherrod. I will always be dealing with Carl Hogan.

They came up with a $3000 estimate on what needed to be done. When we get there, they told us we need this and this to be done and we went to other place with the same repair and told us we didn't need those to get done. They are just trying to get us money. They came up with a bunch of additional repair that were required in the car. They told my wife that she needed new brakes and the brakes weren't even worn down and they were want to change it, so we didn't get the work done with them. I dislike them tremendously because they didn't give an estimate for what we wanted and my wife couldn't drive her car without these repairs and we just brought it back home and didn't have that all done. They were responsive and trying to get to work. I didn't deal with them personally but I suspect they were professional. Price-wise they were very expensive.
