 + 0 moreThe in-house technician tried to fix the problem over the phone but couldn't. So he set up an appointment for the next day. The serviceman called before coming out. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a modem. That fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Diagnosed the problem and replaced the main cable box.
