installation went well, no problems, arrived at their scheduled time & completed on time, set up email & gave an understandable demo.

The in-house technician tried to fix the problem over the phone but couldn't. So he set up an appointment for the next day. The serviceman called before coming out. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a modem. That fixed the problem.
