A week ago I started calling companies early in the morning. He was the only person I could get on the phone. I explained my situation to him and how I have severe respiratory problems and that i was in need of AC unit repair. He stated that he would be there within the hour. He was here in 45 min. He examined both the heat and air systems. My husband and I explained that we wanted them both removed and replaced. He told us that he thought he had both units and went to go check. He had both at his office and told us he could start work that same day. They came about 12:30PM and worked until 6:00PM. They left that evening and were back 7:00AM Tuesday morning and at 6:00PM. At that time everything was completed. They were professional and worked continuously the whole time. They were serious about their work.
