Very busy time of summer to have air conditioners worked on, and since ours was only freezing and not completely down, he had to get to some emergencies first. I explained the problem to him when he arrived and he quickly found the cause and fixed it. He was very courteous and I was pleased with everything. I do plan to call again with any future problems.
