Called in the AM and was told my tires were not in stock.  Called an hour or so later and was told they had found some and had them delivered.  Was in and out in 30 minutes.

I realize it's been several years since the date of service, but we were treated so badly, the experience has stuck with us over the years. My husband was home on leave from Kuwait and got my brakes fixed at Wilson's shortly before he returned to overseas duty. The brakes squealed, and the van shook when you applied the brakes. I thought it was done improperly, so I took it back to the store. They refused to acknowledge that the brakes were squealing at all, even though it was so loud that when I drove into their parking lot, people turned to look because the noise was so loud. The man who "helped" me, I cannot remember his name, was extremely rude. He was short and thin and had a little chihuahua with him at the store. I could find out his name if I needed to - we have some friends who used to use them all the time. Anyway, the man was extremely condescending, said that I was a woman who didn't know anything about cars. He told me the brakes weren't squealing, and that nothing was wrong with them. I wasn't asking for my money back or anything, just wanted the job done properly. He told me that even if the brakes were squealing, which he doubted, that it was normal for brakes to do that when they were first repaired. He finally told me that they weren't going to do anything to help me. I didn't know, I assumed he was telling the truth, regardless of his rude attitude, so I waited. The brakes NEVER stopped squealing, nor did they function properly. Finally, a couple of months later, I went to another automotive shop and got the brakes re-done. They never squealed once after that, nor did I have the problem of the van shaking when the brakes were applied. At that point, it became obvious to me that they had, indeed, performed a less-than adequate job. They have the 10 commandments in front of their store. Considering their attitude and the demeaning way that they talk to and treat people, I feel confident that lightning will strike at that location sooner or later.

I have confidence in this business that work is done well, all oil added but not overfilled, filter tight as required, and oil drain plug tight but threads not stripped.
