The phone conversations I had with the office went well. I set up an appointment over the phone and the receptionist nice. They were one hour late to the first appointment however they called in advance to tell me that they were going to be late. The worker took down measurements and walked around the home. I had to go inside during the estimate and during this time the worker got on his phone and was talking loudly about how they need to focus on getting new customers instead of "milking" our current customers. Also the worker did not appear professional and was not well-dressed.

We discovered a leak from improperly installed copper roofing on a 3 year-old home we had recently purchased as our retirement home. We tried to locate a roofer who was bonded and insured to look at the roof. I called Mr. Milnick who was recommended by Interstate Roofing in Jackson. He said he would come over that afternoon. He was running a little late and called to say he would be there and he was. He was very knowledgeable about the installation of metal roofing and had several areas of concern with our roof. No soldering had been used and there was a lot of caulking used to seal the valley area. When the decision was made to replace the roof, I called Mr. Milnick and he worked me into his schedule. I found him to be a man of his word on every level. His employees were very professional and always polite. They were also very punctual. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed in his work. He guarantees his workmanship also. May I add that we had interior damage to our home and needed the roof replaced before we could have hardwood floors repaired, etc. Mr. Milnick was very accommodating because of our predicament.
