Ordered from them, they have a company out of Memphis that they subcontract out to. This company was propmt in coming out to get measurments, etc. Once installed, I noticed after theey left that i had backsplashes that were cut wrong. I called the next day. The company said I had to contact Home Depot. I went up there showed them the pictures and they called the company. ANyway, long story short, both companies pointed fingers at each other. Noone would do anything to fix it. All home depot did was give me a refund on the miscut back splashes. Which really isn't much. Took me 2 months to finally get someone other than the Memphis company or Home Depot to come out and fix one of the bad cuts. The others I'll have to live with. I filed a complaint with Angies List, and Home Depot never even responded to the complaint. Lowe's also uses the same granite subcontractor. I will never use Home Depot for any sort of home services. If I need a door, carpet, anything. I will use a local provider. At least if something goes wrong you, you don't have each company pointing at the other person. Also, this was the Home Depot in Madison, MS.
