The work was great. The car was ready when they said it would be. The staff were very professional. I would tell a friend that if we had to have body work again, we would go there even though it's on the other side of town.

Since I wrote this review I've had two experiences with Clinton Body Shop, both of them extremely positive.  I found out that the person who was handling the repair during my original review no longer works there, I'm guessing he left because his customer service skills were so inadequate.   
I got my truck repaired there after getting rear ended and the communication was great.  They got my truck repaired quickly and kept me updated on the progress.  I took my wife's SUV there after I had removed the bumper and had trouble getting it back on.  One of the estimators showed me what I was doing wrong and told me how to get it back together.  I think they really went above and beyond to show me what I did wrong, and they didn't charge me anything for that.
I chalk up my first review to a "bad apple", who is no longer at Clinton Body Shop.  My interactions with Clinton Body Shop since then have fully restored my confidence in them.  I'll be using them in the future if I neeed any body work done.


This was my first review:
We contacted them to arrange to have our RAV4 repaired.  Spoke to Shawn and sent him a copy of the estimate.  He said he would order the needed parts, and to bring the vehicle in the following week.  We brought the car in before work, and called to check the status at the end of the day.  We found out they hadn't even ordered the parts, and they had no ETA on when the parts would arrive.
We picked up the car and asked them to call us when the parts arrived.  Over the next two weeks we called for updates but never heard anything.  After two weeks we emailed them and told them we'd be getting the car repaired somewhere else.

John Mosley, the owner of the company is awful to deal with. He's rude
and frankly seemed mean-spirited. It's as if he didn't want my business. After speaking with him in person, he seemed hesitant to give me any information regarding cost. He said that he would return my call and then didn't do it even after a left messages. It's a shame that they have what looks like a nice facility, but if I can't trust them, I'm not going to take my car there.

CBS repairman removed it with inside pressure at NO CHARGE. Great customer relations!

Went well we did not want the car totalled and they worked hard with the insurance company but in the end it was totalled. Have had repairs in the past and they do a good job.

When I first entered the shop I was greeted promptly however; the receptionist was looking at her phone while attending me which I did not like because I had to repeat myself a couple times because I think she was responding to a text. The estimate person asked If I already the insurance come out and look at it I said I am not sure they sent me to authorized repair facility to get estimate. He said what do you mean? that is crazy. While sitting down he pulled the blinds up a little bit to get a peak at the car damage he said yeah there is no way I would be able to give you an accurate estimate without the insurance looking at it first. There could be more damage than whats on the outside you never know with these types he said. I asked if he could give me a rough estimate he said I can try but its really hard to. He took 10 seconds and wrote some things down and put it in the computer and handed to me and said here if you want me to do it call me and gave me his card. The estimate was only 2k compared to 5-6k estimates I received from other reputable shops in town.

They are very good and personable. I would recommend them.

They got right on the job. They came with a rental car and did a great job. I was only seperated from car for two days. My husband also took his car to them. They are very personable and expereienced.

They've done a good job. I was happy. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Clinton Body Shop.
