See above. Still doing business with agency so will keep you posted. UPDATED INFO 4/1/2014: I would not suggest this rental property to others, the gentleman that we rented from is nice. However, his wife (who we started doing business with after the lease was signed) is rude and will talk to you as if you are unintelligent. Nothing that we requested to be fixed was fixed. Each time I contacted the wife in regards to anything wrong at the property, she would flip the conversation to make it seem as if the problem existed because of something you did wrong. As stated, they have nice houses with potential but it does not seem they care to keep their properties up.
