Auto Tires, Auto Service
They replaced two tires on the one vehicle and those tires are already failing. They neglected to properly align the tires. We were having problems with the other vehicle because it was wobbling. The car would shake between 40-50 miles per hour. We brought it back and they said everything was fine. We ended up going somewhere else, and found out that it was actually in a dangerous situation, and that the steel belts were coming through. They didn't even find that. They gave me cruddy tires and they were not able to locate an obvious problem with my other vehicle.
The relationship has been amicable. Since I have been there, I have discovered how disappointed I was with their service. They could pay more attention to the issues when they are looking to do a repair. The tires they sold me were crap and they were just ones that they had on sale. The quality of the tires were poor, and I had to replace them on short notice.
