The buildings were treated by SES in 2014 for termite and carpenter bee problems. The December 2015 inspection revealed no new damage. No charge for our annual inspection. Having recently bought the property, we were glad the Termite Service Contract was transferable. At our request, Danae, in the office, followed up with us to make sure the contract would not lapse. The Annual Contract costs approx $200.year.for our 2 buildings. (Based on number of Linear Feet) Wesley arrived early and was very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable and as represented.
