It was $4000 for labor. They replaced sub flooring because I had mildew under the house. If I did the job myself it would be 100% but I'd say they were 75%. It was alright but not what I would have done. The carpenter work was pretty good. I'm waiting for them to come back, I've asked them for a while. Using them again depends on what they do to correct some of the mistakes they have here. I like their work and they are professional, they just have to come back and redo a couple of things.
