In June of 2016, 3 lbs of freon was added by Kickin A/C to my HVAC. They found that there was a small leak in the coil. Kickin A/C had installed this as a new coil less than 2 years prior to this service call and gave me a written warranty for 5 years. When I asked for it to be replaced under the warranty. I was told by Kickin A/C that they would not honor the warranty and they refused to replace the leaking coil that they installed.
