I called Jimmyz's Air Conditioning & Heating LLC and he was here in 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and even added a T in the drain line so I could maintain the line myself. Jimmy was very professional in appearance and service. I would highly recommend his company.

Came over within 3hrs – surveyed problems – discussed & showed me what was causing poor air flow – came next day Mr. Jimmy & son worked in the hot attic for six hrs – redid – ducks, level, unit, redid drains, etc.

Appeared on time, installed new A/C unit (inside & outside) overall job took ~6 hours. Very friendly.

Called Jimmy when it happened, he rushed over & gave me an estimate. When insurance money came in, I called him & he & his crew came next morning & put in new central A/C in <2 hours. Then explained everything to me & even programmed my thermostat for me.

Jimmy was on time, conscientious and very clear about what would occur. The install took 2. 5 days due to rain.

Jimmy and his son plus two helper came at 9 a. M. as was expected. They removed the old units & installed the new not only were they prompt courteous and polite, they cleaned up and you couldn’t tell anyone was here. Will tell friends and family what a great company. Thank you so much Jimmy Z.

Jimmy Z sent his son.  He was very polite, knowledgeable, and punctual.  He didn't mind me tagging along with him up to attic.  He showed me what he was doing and how everything was working.  I appreciate that.  Being a lady,  I want to know how the mechanisms work.  It helps me to know when something is wrong and if it's something I can fix or do I need to call in a professional.  I also appreciate the fact that he returned my call and was prompt in scheduling my service call.  He also had no problem with the distance of my location.  It is refreshing to find a service professional to go that extra mile.

I called Jimmy'z at 8:15 p.m. He couldn't come out but sent his son. He came over in 20 minutes. He checked inside and outside equipment and fuses. Wasn't either of these things. He checked the transformer and found the problem. What a really nice guy. I am so thankful he came so quickly. I WILL be telling ALL friends and neighbors about the outstanding reply and service. The price for the call was $160.00 which was a good price to me. Of course I gave him more than the cost because it was so worth it to me. I cannot say enough good about this company.

I was expecting that since they would have to tear out the inside unit as well as the outside condenser, and putting in a new condenser pad that this would be a minimum of at least an 8 hour job. They arrived at 7 am and commenced working on the demolition portion of the contract. They brought materials to protect my carpet as they worked (much appreciated). Within about an hour in Mike noticed that his vendor supplied him with the wrong unit. I reside approx 45 miles from his vendor. He contacted them and they agreed to meet him half way and swap units. Once he returned with the correct unit they had it in, thermostat, condensing unit, heating unit and even vacuumed by
1;30 PM. I was amazed and even old Mike that, he said they would have been out of there 2 hours earlier if he didn't have to  swap out the unit.  His ability to communicate, coordinate, solve  and deliver as promise makes him a AAA+++ Contractor.

It was a great experience. He came out right away. He tried to do everything he could to salvage the unit I had but it ended up having to be replaced. They had good reviews and he was very quick to respond. The price was fine.

Great job.  Prompt service.  Called the AC manufacturer and arranged for a warranty replacement coil.  They arrived at the agreed upon time and did the work quickly.  The end cost was what he quoted and reasonable.  I would highly recommend him.

They were very prompt and professional with their service. There were no hidden charges in the estimate to fix my ac. They are a father and son owned company and have been in the business for years.
