Power surge knocked out rear A/c unit. Called and was able to fit me in within an hour and a half. Part was available locally and was fixed within 2 hours. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.

Rick does a great job! He always gets to me quickly even though we live way out in the county and gets my A/C working great, he replaced a compressor and a fan a few years ago and it still works great...He arrives on time and is very professional and his prices are in line with everyone else.

They arrived on time. First thing they did was lay down some plywood in the attic so they had a firm work floor . I asked them if They would leave it there when they finished. They did. All installation was done and old equipment removed. They checked all my ducts for leakage and repaired as needed.. They even climbed into my cold air return and sealed it. Anyone who's a fan of HGTV's Holmes on Homes knows that Mike doe's it right. Well Nat and his crew do it right. They are the only A/C and Heating people that will service my home.

As usual Rick arrived on a timely basis, I explained the situation, he checked the breakers, fuses and both the inside and external units. The fault was in the thermostat which was fried by the lightning strike. All in all a simple and cheap fix. Rick is always professional, and fair in his pricing, even though my home is located way out in the boonies.

Every member of the crew was friendly and professional. During the two days required to complete the install they laid down tarps to protect our floors, moved furniture out of the way to move equipment and when they completed their work they cleaned up all construction debris and moved the furniture back in place. Once they turned the new system on we had heat for the first time in 6 years (they discovered that the previous installation was incorrect). The new system is considerably larger than the old (5 ton vice 4 ton) and despite increasing the size of the air intake the new system was considerably louder. Nat warned me that would be the case and offered to install a baffle in the air intake to reduce the noise. Installation of the baffle reduced the noise by at least 50 percent. Although the new system is still louder than the old one, it works so much better that the slight increase in volume is a worthwhile tradeoff for a warm house.

Nat said that his crew would arrive at 6:30am to avoid high daytime temperatures in the attic and complete the job the same day. They arrived right on time and began work by placing drop clothes in the hallway where the return air was located. The attic work was completed shortly after noon and the external unit was set by 3pm. Everything was charged, tested, and operational by 4pm. Nat took extra time to explain all of the intricacies of the new thermostat to my wife. The old units, including the unit in the attic, were removed and hauled away. No cleanup was required. When the crew left, my home was in perfect condition, just as it was when they arrived. My wife was over the moon and she is very hard to please. Nat and his crew at Deluxe A/C and Heat are friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. I can honestly say that my experience was as good as any that I have ever had with a service tradesman. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything went GREAT. Nat ws very professional. He answered all of my questions and explained the pros and cons of each proposed solution. I would definitely recommend Deluxe A/C.

Great. I was not able to meet with them this time because I was working and they were working on our rental house unit. My husband met them when they were finished to pay them. This is not the first time I've used this company. I have used them at least 2 or 3 times previously.

This was my second experience with Nat and his company and they are consistently professional. They called because they were running behind schedule but arrived shortly thereafter. They cleaned the coils and added freon. The previous tenant had neglected to put in a filter the whole time he was renting. I've never had them try to sell me something that I didn't need. I really appreciate the customer service they provide. Unfortunately, you don't get that too often in the service industry.
