They were punctual and did a very good job, but they were very, very expensive. Hanging the piece of art was difficult and took quite a while to accomplish. I do want to state that while Chad Rinewalt was here initially with his guys, they were superb. They did really good work. They were professional and responsive. Chad made sure they did top notch work. Very impressive. I gave them this rating because of the follow-up visit as follows: That evening the light they installed went out. I called Chad Rinewalt and told him what was going on. He was very pleasant and said it could be a sensor in the light that shut it off if it got too hot. He said he'd have one of his guys come out the next day to fix it if it was a wiring problem, or put in another light if it was the sensor. While he was discussing the possible causes of the problem, he mentioned that they could not remove the heat sensor because it was a fire hazard, and doing so would void my home insurance. I was just fine with that! He asked if I had another light should it need to be replaced, which it happened that I did as I bought two for the job. The next day one of his guys came out and worked on the light for a few minutes, and then was done. Since he didn't replace the light, I asked him if it was a wiring problem He responded "No. The light over-heated and shut itself off" as he was heading out the door! I said Whoa! What did you do? How did you fix it? He responded "I took out the heat sensor!" I couldn't believe it! He was just going to leave and not tell me. This was dangerous and I wouldn't have had any insurance coverage if it had started a fire! I told him what his boss, Chad Rinewalt, had said. He responded "I've never seen one of these catch on fire. You're probably ok." I couldn't believe it. I told him absolutely not. That light needed to be replaced. He came stomping back in, and with a huge, aggressive attitude switched out the light. He left dirt, saw dust and wiring pieces all over the floor. He then handed me a bill for $250.00 to pay for his driving time, and time spent re-doing the job he was supposed to do to begin with! What really, really troubles me is that had Chad Rinewalt not just happened to tell me about the fire hazard and insurance coverage, and had I not asked this guy specifically what he had done, he would have just done what he wanted and left me in a very physically dangerous and financially vulnerable position. While I liked Chad Rinewalt very much, and when he's on the site he and his guys do good work, I do have concerns about his guys when Chad isn't there. It could have been a very dangerous and serious situation. ______________________________________________________________________ Update: The door on my oven locked shut so I couldn't cook. I tried to shut off the circut breaker in hopes of resetting it. That was a huge mistake. I have no idea what I did, but I shut off the entire house, including the air conditioner. My husband and I tried shutting off the main switch, circuit breakers, basically everything we could think of. Nothing worked. The refrigerators were all off, freezer, a/c, GFI's, everything but the darn oven! That stayed on no matter what we did. This was on a Sunday afternoon! Where can you find an electrician on a Sunday afternoon? Out of desperation I called Chad Rinewalt-no answer. So I tried his dad, Ronnie. God love the man-he answered! He was as patient as could possibly be imagined. He walked my husband though all kinds of things, and ultimately got it fixed. That kind of service is unheard of! I expected him to say we'll come out, but it'll be $500.00! In truth I don't know if we'll get a bill or not, but even if we do (which I will gladly pay!), his willingness to help us on a Sunday afternoon is unparallelled. That was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you Ronnie Rinewalt!
