Perry Brown is an outstanding builder. What makes him outstanding is his legitimate concern for his customer; meeting their needs and looking out for their best interest as if it were his own family. You don't see too many builders pay attention to detail and followup on concerns like Perry. He will do all the building projects that we encounter as long as he is available to do so.

He built a new home for us. We lived approximately 200 miles from building site. Mr. Perry Brown has such a good reputation that we trusted him to build the house for us. He built the house on one of his lots. He handled everything. We really like the house.
Mr. Brown helped us find financing for the house. He cooperated with us while we were trying to sell our house.
Mr. Brown has taken care of some minor problems long after the warranty expired. He really stands behind his homes.
I thought so much of Mr. Brown that i recommended him to my daughter for some remodeling she was planning.

Mr. Perry Brown of Progressive Home Builders did an excellent job of building our home, from helping and directing us with the plans to the building of the home. We are extremely happy with our new home. He is also excellent about taking care of any problems that may occur with the building of a new home. In fact he takes care of potential problems before they become a problem. We were 200 miles away and had to depend upon his honesty and accountability to build the home as we wanted. He did a beautiful and professional job. We highly recommend Mr. Brown for any type of building or remodeling.
