We visited their showroom, where we selected the floor that we thought would work. They suggested a few more for us to consider, then insisted that we take the samples home to judge them against the room conditions. The next day Mr. McNair came to our home to measure the rooms and set the installation appointment. The installers were punctual, courteous and professional. They removed the 20+ year old carpet (took it with them), cleaned the concrete floor (even added an enzyme solution to pet urine areas that had soaked into the floor), installed the new floor, and also added the shoe molding that we purchased. They moved furniture when necessary (we did most of it before they came). After the second room was complete, my wife noticed that a small amount of the floor glue was on the surface of the new floor. She called them to ask them how to clean it, but instead- within minutes- they were back to take care of the problem and to show her exactly what to do if the problem came back. If you want a flooring job done right the first time, you absolutely cannot go wrong with McNair. This is the second time we have used them and, if we need more flooring in the future, we definitely will call them.

On the appointed day, his crew arrived at the exact time he promised. Note that his installation crew was in uniform. Mr. McNair was with them to explain the details of the installation. In three hours the job was complete, including clean up. They even hauled off my old carpet and padding and installed and quot;quarter roundand quot; that I had purchased separately and planned to install myself. The workers were very polite and professional. I have had several remodeling projects done to my home in the last few years. This is by far the best experience yet. If you need flooring installed, this is the company you want to deal with.
