I called Z Plumberz on a Friday afternoon and they came right out the very next day to handle my last minute discovery of needing to add/rearrange plumbing for a home renovation. They got it done in ONE DAY! Very impressed with their service and quick response! I had gotten 2 other quotes and theirâ s was the BEST price for the service I needed. I needed it done QUICK, and they got me taken care of right away! Highly recommend

They were fast and effective! Only downside is that they were pretty pricey. You pay for what you get however. Customer service was friendly, efficient, and easy to get in contact with. I would definitely recommend this company.

The actual tech who did the job was fine. He did his job professionally and with care. My concern is with the company itself. I was quoted a price and after she quoted the price I asked if they honored any discounts. I was told yes; military and senior citizens. When the tech arrived and finished the work I was told to pay a different, much higher amount which I questioned. The person who scheduled the job called me and proceeded to say that the job would be higher than she quoted me by phone because they used equipment that was one use only and that I needed to pay for supplies. Of course this was a farce, the equipment that was used was most assuredly able to be reused many many times as evident by the age of the gauge. It was not a new gauge that was a one use item. THIS WAS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH SITUATION!! The US economy is really inflated right now and I understand businesses raising their prices to compete in a crowded market, but if I cant trust you to quote me a price and stick to that price, I can not trust your services at all. A very disappointing experience, not the actual work done because he was only doing what the company told him to do, but the integrity of this business is sorely lacking and is not up to par in my opinion. Lots of people are hurting financially today and they were fortunate that I was able to pay the up- quote charge that they said I needed to pay. I am not sure what someone else would have been able to do after the job was completed and then they were told to pay more money. Really shameful activity!! A MAN AND A COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD!!! I would not recommend or use them again, because I would not trust the integrity of this business!!!

The Plumber called first and was on time. He was very professional, courteous. He installed my new kitchen faucet without any problems. The price was very reasonable unlike two other plumbing companies that I got quotes from. I will definitely contact Z Plumberz for my future plumbing problems.
