We have been using Jerry Smith for years. We have a maintenance contract with them. They tune up the unit every year. They did a good job. I like that they are reliable and cheap.

Technician arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and answered all questions. Complete job took less than 2 hours to complete. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

When I called, the receptionist said they were really busy, but that she would do her best to get someone out here that day. Less than 2 hours later, Mr. Smith was at my house. He had the problem fixed and my house was cool again in 30 minutes. Mr. Smith always tries to find the most cost effective solution, which I find to be a rare, but wonderful, quality with service technicians these days. I have always been impressed with their customer service, quality of work, and pricing. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

I have used them several times to clean an maintain my unit. When the unit did not cool well or the heat failed to work, they promptly came, inspected and repaired the system.
