Contacted Chris Bringle and he promptly came out to give me an estimate on installing blinds. Asked if I was in a hurry since it was getting close to Christmas. I told him I was not. Sometime in mid to late January I called him to see when the blinds would be installed. He told me he was glad I called because he had lost my number, that the blinds would be in the next week and he would call and set up a time to install them. When I didn't hear from him I called back and he apologized and said he had "put me on the back burner for some reason." We set up a time and he came out as scheduled and installed the blinds. I had also ordered three cornices for some older blinds that his company had installed years earlier. He forgot to bring them with him and said he would come back the following week and install them. When I didn't hear from him I called but his voice message system was full. I kept calling each day with the same result. Finally on 2/20 I sent him a fax and told him if I didn't hear from him by the next day I was going to report him to BBB and Angie's List. I heard from him the next day and he apologized and set up an appointment to have his assistant (who is a student at the local university) come out to install them the following week. The assistant did not keep the appointment. After setting up 2 more broken appointments the asst. came and installed them. It was obvious that he was not real sure what he was doing. I noticed that the middle cornice was higher than the other two. He took it down and then just basically set it on top without fastening it as he had the other two. He reassured me that it was on there correctly. When he left I checked it and as I suspected it was just laid across the top so as to appear it was properly installed. I called Mr.Bringle and told him what had happened and said he would have him come back and fix it. To make a long story short the cornice has not been fixed. Appointments were made and broken on numerous occasions. In addition, there have been many times when I couldn't even leave a message on Mr. Bringle's voice mail because it was full. Even when I got through and left a message and asked if he would give me a call so we could arrange to have the cornice fixed he did not return my calls. I also sent him an email which he did not answer. I finally went on line and found someone in Texas (Laura Bringle) who is the Bringle Blinds rep there and she apologized and said she was sure I would hear back from him. This was 3 days ago and I have not heard from him yet and do not expect to at this point.

Phone call to Chris Bringle with Bringle's Blinds was returned promptly and appointment scheduled. Estimate given and accepted, blinds ordered.and installed in 9 days. He was very reasonable (even coupon on website), prompt and professional. Blinds are beautiful, color perfect and I'm very pleased. Looking forward to having him for the other windows in my house. It went very well! The shutters were made in about a month and installed in a few hours. They look great and are high quality!

Mark Williams came out within 24 hours, gave me an estimate on the spot, which was more than half of the other company. The blinds were ready in 2 days, and he came out late in the day to install them. Nothing was wrong with the blinds or the installation. I had 7 windows covered, and it was the second job I had Bringles bid and install in the past 6 months. This is a go-to company, and Mark is easy to work with. I had the same company install plantations 5 years ago, they continue to compete on price, and their quality is excellent.

They were very prompt when coming out to do the window treatments. The tech's were very polite. They were timely and worked hard to get the job done. They were always cleaning up behind themselves, and there was no garbage left behind. We are very satisfied with the ending results and the blinds are wonderful.

It wasn't a big job that I had Bringle's Blinds do for me. The gentleman that showed up was very enthusiastic about doing the installation of our blinds. He was very quiet but polite. He was highly qualified to do this job. He did a wonderful mess free job.

The crew from Bringle Blinds had a great sense of humor not to mention the skills that they displayed while attacking the rather large job of hanging the very many blinds as requested. They did an excellent job. They really looked great when they were finished.
