Very well. I had a leak in my room where the washer and dryer were and the shingles needed to be replaced. When he got on the roof and tore part of the shingles off he discovered that part of the washroom had no decking under the shingles and that was what was causing the leak. He went with me to pick out the shingles and told me what I would need. After we agreed on the price, he discovered that the vent pipes needed to be replaced and that there was never any flashing put against the different roof levels to prevent leaks. He put them in place for me and didn't charge me any extra. My home is over 100 years old so when he started to put the tar paper down he noticed that because the wood was so rough it was just tearing holes in the paper he decided not to put the paper down and returned it for my money and gave it back to me. The old roof was torn off and the new one put on in 2 days. I was very very pleased.
