They were great! Came first thing in the morning. Very polite and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves.

My husband spoke with owner of company, Mr. Brown and scheduled service to be performed on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 7:00 a.m.. I stayed home from work that morning awaiting serviceman. After several phone calls to the "answering service", Mr. Brown called me and said that he "was in Louisiana" and forgot our service was scheduled for this morning. He wanted to reschedule and I told him that I stayed home from work for this to be done. He later called me and said he was sending someone out. Two guys arrived, done the work in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I received the bill and have been charged for 2 hours of labor (1 electrician and one helper." at $79.00 per hour. Mr. Brown said that his guys said they were here for 2 hours which is not true. My husband discussed this matter with Mr. Brown and he refused to make any changes to the bill.
