+ -1 moreCalled them on Saturday, "Backed up; can't do it today". I said Monday would be good. He agreed. At 10:00 on Monday, called them - "where is plumber". Will "call you right back". They didn't-I called them. Told me it "might be Friday-maybe". Told them unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Pipe leak in wall with very wet rug.
