A lawn mower kicked up a rock that hit a large window that's in our back door. I called Venable Glass a few days later to see if they would stop by my house to give me an estimate. They said they would send someone out to look at the damage the next day and call me back to give me the estimate. I never heard back from them. So a few days later I called them up and they gave me some excuse that they heard dogs in our backyard. So instead of calling me, they just left. What I find funny is that our dogs are inside the house, not outside. Anyway, so a few more days pass and I call them. I get the runaround and they say they'll send someone out the next day. Of course I never heard back. I got the impression that they were to busy to give me an estimate. This obvious lack of customer service is why I will never use this company.
