Will never use any Upton location again. They put too much oil in and damaged my engine. Claimed they would fix it, but we ended up in court and the judge sided with them, even tough I had text messages from the owner promising to fix the damage they caused. My tires did not have the correct pressure when I picked up the car and the service manager was rude when I told him the tire pressure wasn't right. Worst experience of my life having what should have been simple.

They were very friendly and it was a quick diagnosis. They were able to solve and fix the problem. They gave me a discount too, which was nice.

I was able to set the appointment the day before online. I set it for 8:00 the next morning and when I walked in the door they were ready. I was there for about an hour and a half. Sometimes when you get an alignment you have to go back but it’s been performing well.

The only problem I had with them is that they don't have shuttle service on the weekend. I wound up having to walk back home, but as soon as I got home they called me to say the car was ready. When I was there, they said it was going to be a while. I just wish they had a shuttle service on Saturdays.
