Unprofessional all the way. Don't let their incorporating the Christian Fish sign on their advertising fool you. The bed and media stand were not in stock. The salesman, Kevin, said expect a four week wait time, but said it it could arrive sooner. I paid for the order 12/16/2010. After no word for 7 weeks, I called on 02/05/2011. Wanda took a message and said a manager would call me back. Five hours later, when no one had called, I called back and was again offered to "leave a message." I insisted to speak with a manager and spoke with Steve. He blamed the delays on the salesman, who longer worked there. Steve said he had been too busy to return my earlier call. He suggested I should come pick something else out. I told him I wanted what I had ordered and paid for. I further told him it was unacceptable to have not returned my call. Steve said he would call me the week of 02/07/2011 to find out when my furniture would arrive. By 02/12/2011, I had heard nothing from Steve or anyone else at Stacks. I sent an email to Stacks customer service on 02/12/2011 and told them they had until the end of the day 02/14/2011 to contact me and work toward getting my furniture. They chose to ignore me yet again, which hardly should have come as a surprise. I will be going to Stacks 02/17/2011 to get a refund. Oh, by the way, I ordered the exact same bed online for $70 less from the furniture superstore and they will deliver it to my door: http://www.the-furniture-superstore.com Don't be shocked when Stacks goes belly up and don't say you weren't warned if you get burned.
