Bill came out, quickly assessed the problem, and ordered parts for the repair. Because the dishwasher parts were not available locally, Southway ordered them from the manufacturer. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of the parts, and promptly scheduled me as soon as the parts were available. Bill was very professional, and I will definitely use them for future repairs.
