Sam Nichols Roofing

Arrived as scheduled. However, his first act was to advise that he did not have funds to purchase materials. I visited the materials provider and paid. The first day on the job, he asked for an advance which I paid. One of his employees was constantly cursing on the job.
Soon after the job was finished, the roof developed a leak. He arrived shortly after notified and allegedly fixed the leak. When it was discovered that the leak was not fixed, it took him several days before he arrived. By then, I had applied a product in the area that I thought the leak was located. With the next heavy rain, it was discovered the leak was not corrected.  I contacted him and he indicated
he would visit the property. I never heard from him again.
I subsequently contacted another roofer to attempt to correct the problem. I would not use Nichols again.....
