The roof is still leaking. There was no additional charge. 2 people came out. They came on time.

It went great. I submitted my information via email and my roof was assessed that same afternoon.  The owners were fantastic and great business ethics. Also, gave me the name of a gentleman who installs gutters. They found the problem and (from the ground) showed me where it was and why it had happened and how it would be fixed. They were very thorough. It was the best $49 I've spent in a long time. The estimate for repairs was very reasonable. It took some time to have the repairs completed due to rain.  The workers were done in an afternoon and cleaned everything up.  I was instructed to not pay the bill until after the next rain to make sure that the repairs had worked, which they did. I would hire Roofing Resources again, without hesitation.

Roofing Resources, LLC did an excellent job. The crew arrived at 7:00 am on the assigned first day of work and worked until 7:00 pm that evening. They worked steadily and were polite and professional. They again arrived on time at 7:00 am the second day and worked until the job was finished that evening. The materials applied are the finest quality available and the workmanship was of the highest quality. After completion, the crew cleaned up all materials and used magnetic rollers to pick up all nails around my house. When they left, you would never have known they had been there.  The company even guaranteed their workmanship for ten years. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

From start to finish it wen t very well. I am totally pleased. They were professional and easy to work with.

The experience from start to finish was exceptional.  They responded immediately to my call, gave me an estimate, and completed the work within a couple of days.  They were extremely professional and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with.  They are my "go to" guys for any future roofing problems and I will definitely use them when a total reroof is needed.

Company representative initially came out for inspection of roof and to check out a roof leak through which water had damaged a ceiling. He discovered the two other areas of damage caused by squirrels, including some damaged wood. All repairs appear to be satisfactory.

My insurance covered it. They were very accommodating. They were very responsive. They worked with the insurance company so I didn’t have to do any of that. They were really good about backing the work. The man whom I worked with, his name was Tim Riley. He didn’t even want me to pay him until it rained and made sure there was no problem. I know I can call him if I have a problem and he will be here in a heartbeat. He was a really nice guy to deal with. He was really trustworthy.

We loved working with this contractor!  He not only surveyed the damage, but also walked us through every step of the claim process.  Once our insurance adjustor approved the claim and the work to be done, our material was delivered within 24 hours.  The crew showed up early the next morning, and by nightfall we had a brand new roof!

They came in, took off the old roof, replaced it and basically that is what they did.  They took off the old shingles, put down new frame, put on the more expensive, upgraded shingles on there, cleaned up everything and left.  I had hail and wind damage on my house so I was just trying to find someone and that is when I joined Angies List.   They came up and they are close to where I live that is why I used them.  These guys are good and they don’t do any advertising the only advertising is the word of mouth.  Over all they were good and they did everything that they said that they were going to do and more.  Price wise they gave me at the same price that the insurance company gave me so there was no overage anything.  They gave me exactly on the ballpark that the insurance company gave me minus my deductible and plus I upgraded to a more expensive shingles which I paid for.  They don’t give you a price.  Whatever your insurance company says that they are going to pay to get it done that is what they will charge you.  Whatever the insurance company comes out and says based on your roof, the size of it, how many squares of it have to be done.  They say they done believe in trying to rip anybody off.  Whatever the insurance company says that is what they are going to tell you.  They were good and I have referred them to someone else.  If I have to use them in the future I would.  I have put life time shingles so I am hoping I don’t have to use them.  But if anyone normally has a problem, I have a neighbor across the street and he in the end is giving in to do his roof so I put their name across because of him I inquired  where can I find them.  Then they told me that they don’t do any advertising.  They want the people that they deal with, their customers to sell their name.  I just happened to see their name on Angies List and I decided to call them.  But there is nothing where I live here that anything about them being advertised.  I was impressed when I asked them where I can find them; they told me that they don’t do any advertising.  They allow their customers, if you don’t like their work then tell them that they are doing crappy work and they would move on.  But if you like their work then tell someone about them.
