After the service techs checked my vehicle, they discovered the cause of the problem. The solution required that the whole light assembly (HID assembly) to include part of the harness needed to be replaced. The warranty company, at first denied the claim, stating that is was outside of the limits of their contract. The service writer, Sandy, went to bat for us, and ultimately got the repair covered. Additionally, on their inspection of the other light assembly, they discovered a similar issue starting, and had that one replaced also.
All vehicles will ultimately require maintenance. The true test of any vehicle dealership is its and quot;service after the sale.and quot; We have been thoroughly satisfied with them so far. So much in fact, that both vehicles we own were purchased there, and when it is time for a new vehicle, this will be our first stop.
