The owner listened to understand my concerns and in return he explained my options, preventative measures, upkeep maintenance requirements, and provided budget friendly servicing that allowed me to retain services throughout the year. Things went well. Mr. Moore was prompt --- came when he said he would; explained process he would take; and appeared knowledgeable about the task at hand. He assessed and identified other issues around the property and made recommendations for intervention.
