Contractor did not oversee the job in a timely and professional manner, did not manage the subcontractors or communicate instructions from the homeowner to the subs and vice versa, did not show up for inspections and was difficult to reach when a question or problem came up. Contractor(Keith Russell) had a subcontractor that did not work for him do his duties while he was in class and out of town during our project. Would have subcontractor take pictures of progress, send them to him then forward to homeowner like he had been by the house. Contractor did not do anything he said he was going to do as well as keeping money that was suppose to be paid to one of the subcontractors. He even had the nerve to bring another client by my house to show off the work he had done when he hadn't done anything he was suppose to. Ended up having to let him go after 2 weeks for a project that took 3 months to finish. In the end the Contractor did not understand why he was let go and felt like we should pay him more than we had even though he did not do what he said he would.
