I went it because I had a 60,000 mile warranty on my tires. It has been a little over 40,000 miles. I get all of my oil changes and service performed at Gray Daniels. They have mentioned my tires in the past, and were supposed to "check into it". Well they did not. So I went up to the dealership Monday since I was on vacation and was told yes my tires were about to bust, but I would have to come back when the service manager was there. So I returned on Wednesday only to be given the run around and told I could purchase a new set for over $600( which is regular price). They said if I had done something sooner. I told them I get ALL of my service done here and they were supposed to fix it 10,000 miles ago but kept putting it off. They change service managers repeatedly. There is no consistency anymore. They left me sitting in an office just hoping I would walk out rather than trying to honor their so called good customer service they advertise. They got their wish. I did walk out and will not be back to ANY of their dealerships. Which is bad for them as I am in the market for a new vehicle.

very poor service. I called in to ask them whether my battery are still within warrantly and they were not able to tell me and ask me to come in to check this information. I called another toyota dealer and they got that information for me immediately over the phone.

It went pretty well. They informed me of all needed work on my vehicle. I normally take my vehicle here and the service is good, but have found out they prices are slight higher than other nissan service dept. They just do convenient from where I live!

There is nothing that I don't like about them so far. They are super friendly, very helpful and they let me choose my pickup at my time. Since I've had the truck, the service has been outstanding. I can give them a call to take the truck in and an hour later I will be driving out again. I have no complaints about them. They gave me a really good deal.

We hired them to move us and they did a terrible job of it. They also sell Chevy and Toyota. It would have gone really bad, I have an electric gas car and they took it in because I was having problems with it. They never said anything about the car having a second battery that I didn't know about and they wanted to replace the big battery which was $3,800 plus labor and I went to another dealership and told them that it was too expensive and it ended up costing me $200 and it wasn't even the battery that they said was bad it was the smaller battery. They lied to me and tried to rip me off. I'm not the only one that they did that to some of my friends said they had the same thing happen to them with other things. I had planned on buying a new car from them, but after that experience I decided that I would not buy it from them. I took my vehicle to another Toyota dealer and they fixed it so that was $3,800 versus $200.00. I got the man that lied to me fired. I will never deal with them again.

Gray-Daniels Toyota conducted a completely professional, no-pressure sale of our 2008 Toyota Scion xB. They provided all the accessories we chose. Timmie Woo, the salesman with whom we dealt, even arranged to waive the installation charges for the accessories, that required installation. We were also promised a loaner car for any service we have done in the future. There was an error in the finance interest charge written up on our initial contract, so Toyota Corporation didn't approve it. Terry Henson, the finance officer, searched until he found the best rate available and absorbed the difference as a dealership loss, resulting in the same monthly payment for us. We recommend Gray-Daniels Toyota.
