Not so good - if it is this much trouble just to get a quote from this operation, imagine the trouble it would be to have any work done! Stay away!
Description of Work: Although no work was performed, I just tried to get an estimate for replacing my front door. I started with a visit to the showroom on Monday, 10/6. Brian told me someone would be out that afternoon or the next day at the latest to measure, then they would send a quote. I left my name, two phone numbers, and email. By Thursday 10/9, no one had visited my house to measure and no quote was sent. I called to remind them, and someone finally showed up to measure on Tuesday, 10/14. Between 10/14 and 10/24, I made 7 additional phone calls, each time I was assured that it would be faxed or emailed "right away," but it never came.
